In my role as a Software Engineering Manager, I lead a dynamic and diverse team of tech professionals to drive innovation and efficiency in Transport Management System (TMS) SaaS solutions, with a strong focus on vehicle routing optimization and last-mile delivery logistics.

My responsibilities include team leadership, facilitating Scrum ceremonies, providing technical advisory on route optimization challenges, and managing complex integrations between multiple stakeholders. I also serve as a vehicle routing consultant, ensuring our solutions leverage the best optimization techniques to improve fleet efficiency and delivery performance.

In addition to my technical and leadership responsibilities, I played a central role in overseeing and completing the ISO 27001 certification process. This included coordinating with auditors, aligning our policies and systems with compliance requirements, and ensuring that information security best practices were embedded into our engineering workflows.

A key part of my role is motivating and empowering my team to reach their full potential, fostering a culture of collaboration, inclusion, and continuous improvement.

A key achievement in my role has been solving several vehicle routing problem issues for multiple clients, significantly enhancing last-mile delivery solutions within the logistics sector. These efforts have successfully optimized thousands of deliveries per day, improving overall efficiency and customer satisfaction.

As a Senior Fullstack Developer, I design and develop robust, scalable solutions for a high-traffic Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring smooth performance while handling thousands of simultaneous requests. My role involves both frontend and backend development, optimizing system performance, refactoring legacy code, and developing new features to enhance the user experience.

In my current role as Tech Lead, I lead the engineering team in evolving our system architecture and scaling our B2B platform to meet growing demands. Together with the team, I initiated the gradual decoupling of our monolith into more modular and service oriented components, applying microservice principles where they aligned with product needs. I also guided the integration of external technologies such as Python services for chatbot and in-apps messaging features, ensuring seamless communication between services.

I led the design and implementation of our cloud infrastructure on Huawei Cloud, optimizing server architecture for reliability, performance, and cost effectiveness. My Huawei Cloud Services certification supported this initiative and enabled us to adopt cloud native best practices effectively. As a team lead, I focus on aligning technical execution with business goals, facilitating Agile processes, mentoring engineers, and fostering a strong, collaborative engineering culture. I remain actively involved in high level architectural decisions and continue to contribute to key initiatives that shape our platform’s future.

At Papabli, I served as a Senior Full Stack Engineer contributing to the development of our Laravel based monolithic B2B platform. I worked across the stack, helping to deliver business critical features while collaborating closely with teammates, product managers, and stakeholders. In addition to Laravel and PostgreSQL, I was involved in designing and co-developing key standalone components including a Python based chatbot that streamlined internal customer service workflows.

I also played a key role in setting up and managing the server infrastructure on Huawei Cloud, ensuring secure, scalable, and cost efficient deployments. This hands-on involvement with cloud infrastructure was supported by my Huawei Cloud Services certification. My contributions extended beyond development into architecture discussions, DevOps practices, and internal process improvements, which laid the foundation for my promotion to Tech Lead.

As a Software Engineer in a fast paced product team, I was involved in developing and maintaining over five in house web platforms across various business domains, including HRIS, Point of Sale (POS), B2B platforms, marketplace systems, warehouse management systems (WMS), and job vacancy portals. Each project had unique business logic and architecture requirements, giving me the opportunity to design flexible backends and intuitive user experiences tailored to different industries.

Most of the platforms were built using Laravel and MySQL, and I was deeply involved in the full development cycle from gathering requirements and designing database schemas to implementing features, writing unit tests, and deploying to production. I also collaborated closely with designers, QA engineers, and product managers to ensure timely delivery and high quality output. This experience honed my adaptability and broadened my understanding of building scalable, reusable components across diverse web applications.

At this company, I worked as a Software Engineer focusing on payment gateway solutions and banking related platforms. One of my key projects involved contributing to the development of a web based FSCM (Financial Supply Chain Management) internet banking platform supporting business clients in managing payments, collections, and reconciliations. The system was built using Zend Framework with a MySQL backend, and I was responsible for implementing secure backend features, user interface logic, and data integration workflows.

Beyond development, I supported senior engineers in managing deployments and production rollouts in banking environments, which required strict procedural compliance and coordination. These deployments often took place outside regular hours, typically aligned with banking EOD (End of Day) schedules so I became very familiar with midnight rollouts and detailed change control processes. This experience strengthened my attention to detail, sense of responsibility, and ability to deliver under regulatory and operational pressure.

As a Back end Developer, I was responsible for creating the backend system of the official portal for the Indonesian Ministry of Marine Affairs and Fisheries. Using CodeIgniter and MySQL, I developed core features, managed database interactions, and ensured API connectivity with a separately developed front end. I collaborated closely with external developers to deliver a stable and integrated platform that served both public and administrative users.

In addition to the government portal, I was also involved in the development of a hospital information system platform and several other web-based projects. These experiences expanded my understanding of domain-specific requirements, especially in terms of system reliability, data security, and user access control. I consistently focused on building clean and maintainable code while contributing to multiple stages of the development lifecycle, from design to deployment.
